Aura

• Cloud Readings: When you are outside on a day with some clouds, why not lay in the grass and look up at the sky. Cloud Readings are on of the oldest divinations methods. Close your eyes, think of a question/issue you are experiencing. You can even ask the Air Spirits for assistance. Stay relaxed and pay attention to the cloud formations ~ your subconscious will help you recognize symbols that relate to your question. What does the image mean to me? Is it encouraging or a warning? What else could it mean? Trust what you see, what you feel. Remember you will only see images that your subconscious knows you can relate to (similar to ink blots).
Clearing
• It feels good to go within. Clear out any debris by simply exhaling it out. See your being filling with crystal light. You are light.
Grounding

• As we take in more light, the need for grounding increases. Send any excess energy down into the earth, where it will be lovingly recycled.
• To ground: Imagine your feet growing roots into the earth. Feel the stabilizing flow of energy between you and Mother Earth.
Healing
• Connecting with the Elements: When you are in the water ask it to caress you and wash away your fears, anxieties, hurts and any untruths…feel yourself releasing all you no longer need. Ask the power of the wind to soothe your senses and uplift your spirits. Connect with the earth, feeling your own roots connect to its very core…feel yourself nourished and protected. Gaze lovingly in the direction of the sun with the intention of all the beauty and love of the universe being lit up within you. Give thanks for nature’s blessing. Ask the elements how you may help balance and heal them too.
Guides
• Tip to advance your spiritual development: All of us have a Master Guide/Teacher that we work with (in our dream state or consciously) to help us move forward through major life challenges and in accomplishing our soul goals. If you’d like to move forward at a faster pace, simply ask your Guide to come forward more prominently, and state your intention for advancement. Be ready to commit to some interesting changes in your life (all in your highest and best good)! Know that the gifts that your Master Guide has, are the same gifts that are being developed in you!
Higher Self

• Connect with the Soul Plane: Raise up to the soul plane and experience the beauty of a wondrous solar light around you. Experience the beauty of what you witness in a sunset or perhaps a sunrise. Experience a warm light glow all around you. Notice others almost as if they’re floating…other souls, other beautiful beings around you. Allow yourself to be. Allow yourself to bathe in the glory of this light. • A Meditation exercise from Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. Say aloud:
(on the in-breath) Breathing in, I calm my body and mind.
(on the out-breath) Breathing out, I smile.
Repeat several times. Notice your thoughts and how they change. Feel yourself releasing all cares and concerns, being fully present. Eventually, replace the above phrasing, with:
(on the in-breath) Dwelling in the present moment,
(on the out-breath) This is the only moment.
Preparation
• To come from a high vibratory place when you are accessing your intuition or connecting with guides/angels for yourself/others, make it your intention that you put your ego and any fear aside. Ask that any information received be in the highest and best good of all.
• Take steps to create an ideal environment for meditation and developing your intution:
“Studies have shown that physical environment can enhance or inhibit intuition. An ideal intuition enhancing room is painted light green, aqua, or chartreuse; lit with natural sunlight that keeps the temperature between 70 and 73 degrees Fahrenheit with the humidity between 60 and 70 percent. Also, music stimulates intuition by putting an individual in a relaxed state to produce pleasant memories, which causes the right and left hemispheres of the brain to work in greater unity.
